Delivery
At Casa Marmo, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our marble furniture and ensure each piece arrives in perfect condition. Every order is securely packaged for safe transit and handled by trusted delivery professionals.
We partner with specialized carriers to guarantee smooth and reliable delivery. Depending on your order, products may arrive in separate shipments to ensure timely and safe handling. Shipping costs are calculated per shipment based on the warehouse location from which your item is dispatched.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, availability, and destination. Estimated lead times are displayed on each product page to help you plan your purchase confidently.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with limited Saturday delivery options in select areas. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us prior to order processing — while we’ll do our best to accommodate, availability may vary.
Before placing your order, please confirm that the items will fit through your entryways, staircases, and elevators in their packaging. Product dimensions can be found on each product page. Additional delivery fees may apply if access issues prevent successful delivery.
If you choose to ship your order via a freight forwarder, please note that Casa Marmo cannot assume responsibility once the shipment has been transferred to them.
Shipping Fee & Locations
Shipping fees are calculated per shipment—not per total order—and are based on your delivery location and order value. We apply flat rates to ensure transparent and fair pricing for every destination.
For orders containing multiple items, deliveries may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability and lead times. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout once all shipments have been processed.
To check if we deliver to your area, simply enter your ZIP code on any product page. We currently serve most major cities and offer free shipping on individual shipments with a subtotal of $2999 or more (excluding add-on services).
Types of Delivery
At Casa Marmo, we offer three levels of delivery service designed to match your needs and ensure a seamless experience: Standard, Room of Choice, and White Glove.
Our Standard Service is included by default, while Room of Choice and White Glove options are available for an additional fee.
Please note: all delivery fees apply per shipment, not per total order.
Standard Service
Your order will be delivered to the ground floor, lobby, or the first covered area of your residence (such as a garage, porch, or building lobby). For deliveries requiring stairs or an elevator, items will be left at the nearest accessible point.
This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking details. Our delivery partner will either assign a delivery date or contact you to schedule a convenient time window.
Room of Choice
Your order will be delivered directly to the room of your choice, including up to two flights of stairs.
A flat-rate fee of $50–$70 (plus applicable taxes) applies, depending on your ZIP code.
Additional stairs beyond two flights may incur extra fees. This service does not include assembly, unpacking, or disposal of packaging materials.
Once ready, you’ll be notified by email, and our delivery partner will coordinate your delivery date and time.
White Glove Service
Our premium delivery option offers a complete, worry-free experience.
Your order will be delivered to your chosen room, including up to two flights of stairs, with unpacking, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials included.
A flat-rate fee of $100–$150 (plus applicable taxes) applies, depending on your ZIP code.
Additional stairs beyond two flights may incur extra charges.
Please note that this service does not include removal or relocation of existing furniture.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is ready, and our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date and time window.
Important Notes
Before placing your order, please ensure that all items will fit through your doorways, staircases, and elevators while still in their packaging. If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, you may incur redelivery or return fees.
To protect your home, please cover any delicate flooring or surfaces prior to delivery. Casa Marmo and its delivery partners are not responsible for damage to floors, walls, or surroundings during the process.
Delivery personnel are not permitted to move or remove existing furniture.

How long do I have to return my item?
Select items can be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt. Custom orders cannot be returned but may be canceled within two business days after the order is placed. Custom orders may include any item where you select the finish and upholstery.
How do I return my item?
